Reporting to the Regional On Premise Manager, you will represent Red Bull as a non-traditional sales representative. Your main priority is to open and develop accounts across all the segments of On Premise. You will increase sales and awareness by; improving product availability in accounts, managing distribution, creating territory sales plans, implementing national programs, and activating brand marketing assets. You'll need enthusiasm for the On Premise environment and endless fascination with the driving forces that shape it. If you love creating relationships and building your network, this is the role for you.
EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
Established contacts within the industry, or the ability to make them quickly and smoothly
Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, or sales
You have an understanding of sales processes, lean on data and insights, and draw the right conclusions to develop activations offering maximum value for both Red Bull and the customer
Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the essential functions of this job
You will work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and excel with autonomy
Must have a valid US driver's license
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
Travel 10-20%
