First Tech Federal Credit Union is looking for a Regional Client Services Manager for our investment division, Addison Avenue Investment Services. In this role, you will oversee the Addison Avenue client support team, consisting of Financial Assistants, Client Service Associates & Operations Associates to achieve an elevated client service experience through operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of investment services experience, 3 years of experience successfully managing a team or serving as a team lead, and the ability to drive results through innovation and enhancing the client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high performing support associates who assist financial advisors and clients.
Implement and oversee client engagement strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and execute professional development plans for associates, focusing on skill enhancement and career progression.
Collaborate with financial advisors and senior management to identify and support business growth opportunities.
Manage team to achieve pre-defined quarterly scorecard metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, implementing best practices for client interactions and service standards.
Plan and execute initiatives and projects that continuously improve upon internal processes to anticipate and meet changing client needs.
Assist with event management, social media strategy and website management in support of the overall marketing strategy.
Leverage new and current software, workflows, CRM, etc. to enhance the client experience.
Research, resolve and communicate operational issues and potential problems to leaders and/or other business units.
Continuously monitor metrics and leverage client feedback to drive continuous improvement of service practices.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment services
Minimum of 3 years of experience successfully managing a team of people or serving as a team lead
Proven ability to design, implement and monitor business processes for maximum efficiency and production
Proven people leadership and development skills, adept at providing frequent and valuable performance feedback to develop and build employees
Expert knowledge of investment services process, policies, applications and systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required

Target Compensation in Bellevue WA: $110,000 to 125,000 annually + Addison annual bonus
