This is a remote Total Rewards Analyst (100% remote) position.
Job Summary: As a key contributor to our team, you will lead efforts administering benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and disability programs. Your work will ensure data integrity, compliance, and exceptional program delivery, all while promoting education and engagement throughout the organization. Responsibilities: Build relationships with internal and external providers of benefit plans and systems ensuring accuracy and a positive employee experience in enrolling or using benefit plans. Assist with the day-to-day administration of the U.S. qualified and non-qualified pension plans and 401(k) plans including pension benefit payment coordination and handling FICA taxation for non-qualified plans. Works with internal partners and vendors to administer or assist with aspects of disability, accommodation & workers' compensation programs. Provides case management & coordinates administrative aspects of the cases & payments. Provides case management & coordinates administrative aspects of the cases & payments. Partner with internal and external partners implement improvements as necessary for efficiency.
Qualifications: SAP & Kronos experience. Microsoft Excel and/or Access skills. PHR, SPHR or other equivalent, related HR certificates. Experience in one or more of the following: benefits, consulting, employee benefit transformation or employee total rewards.
