DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is looking to fill a Sr. Program Analyst (Integrated Master Schedule Scheduler) position in Stafford, VA, to provide Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Development and Tracking (On-Site) supporting the Advanced Amphibious Vehicle (AAV) program.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):• Develop, integrate, coordinate, maintain, and provide current schedule activity information related to the Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV) IMP and IMS. • Integrate all Contract IMS (where applicable) into the Program IMS, and then shall establish and maintain an electronic schedule baseline in accordance with each Program’s Integrated schedule.• Develop, maintain, and deliver the following: a quarterly Schedule Risk Assessment, a monthly critical path and analysis, and monthly schedule metrics.• Prepare and update an IMS Narrative Report and analysis for the Contract and Program IMS.• Use the approved AAV IMP and IMS to determine program or schedule risks, develop alternative solutions, and provide a recommended path forward to resolve programmatic issues and/or concerns.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:• Highly proficient in translating schedule data into meaningful reports that identify and recommend alternative approaches to resolve areas of concern, not limited to schedule narratives, risk assessments, critical path analyses, and metrics.• Must be detail oriented and organized.• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.• Ability to work independently.• Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate proposed programs and expenditures.• Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing.• Ability to work with large amounts of data, interpret financial records, detect errors, and prepare financial reports.• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:• Bachelor's Degree.• 6-8 years of related professional experience.• Provided analytical support to develop and maintain multiple IMPs and IMSs simultaneously for an ACAT Level I - III program of record.• Coordinated with Government and Contractor personnel to gather information (programmatic and contractual) and compile the data into a complex electronic schedule using Microsoft Project.
