Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Act as a solution owner and change agent to spearhead system transformations across ERP, HCM, and other business-critical solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders providing recommendations on transformational programs that support the broader business strategy.
- Oversee the delivery of complex transformational initiatives ensuring on time delivery, within scope, and within budget.
- Interface with both internal business stakeholders and external vendors to drive technological solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate risks across programs, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Cultivate strong cross-functional leadership and develop high-impact business relationships that foster collaboration across the organization and various initiatives.
- Champion a collaborative environment that encourages team members to think creatively and push the boundaries of what's possible.
- Assist in the smooth transition of support from implementation partners to the IT organization with minimal end-user impact.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field required.
- 15 years of experience driving transformational initiatives, with at least 10 years of management consultant experience at a top-tier firm.
- Successfully led the delivery of multiple complex programs and hands-on knowledge of delivery methodologies.
- Experience driving large initiative across corporate functions with a focus on HR, Finance, Operations, and Sales.
- Proven ability to build and maintain high performing teams.
- Strong process redesign, data & reporting expertise, and financial modeling background.
- Articulate, professional demeanor with strong self-confidence and executive presence.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills that include knowing when to escalate decisions and issues.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment with a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and timely completion of projects.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, maintain confidentiality, and display appropriate ethical knowledge.
- Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) technical knowledge, skills, and experience.
The compensation range for this role is $228,860 to $494,460. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
Minimum Salary: 228860.00
Maximum Salary: 494460.00
