Responsibilities - Engage, attract, and retain top talent
- Set vision and roadmap for the team, provide leadership to the team in a fast-paced environment
- Drive culture of innovation, excellence, best practices and customer obsession
- Coordinate and collaborate with partners on business and product strategy
- Understand current technology trends and lead technical reviews
- Set clear expectations and goals for the team, and measure the impact against goals
Qualifications - BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related major with 10 years of hands-on experience in delivering large-scale mobile or web applications, 5 years of team management experience
- Experience in building mobile and/or web applications
- Strong programming experience in Kotlin, Java, C or other similar language
- Strong technical knowledge of Android mobile application development with a solid understanding of the framework components and their life cycles
- Understanding of large scale mobile applications (clustering, scalability, caching, performance tuning)
- Experience with web technologies such as TypeScript, NodeJs, HTML5, CSS3 and object-oriented Javascript
- Understanding of agile methodologies like scrum, Kanban, lean, and agile engineering practices like test-driven development, continuous integration, and other extreme programming practices
- Proficient in Unix/Linux environment, HTTP, Web services, and Restful APIs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage and work with diverse groups of people, geographically dispersed across the world
- Good communicator, enjoys helping people, remains friendly and constructive under stress
Preferred Qualifications - Experience developing mail application
- Experience developing mobile applications, frameworks and/or SDK solutions for Identity, Privacy, Payments and/or Analytics

The compensation for this position ranges from $160, 965.00 - $349, 885.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
