This is a position for a (Senior Field Service Technician) located in Belden.

Duties and Responsibilities: You'll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and locating mechanical deficiencies on Caterpillar diesel-powered construction equipment. This is a highly customer-facing role, and you will be the primary support contact for customers. You'll work out of a company-provided field service truck as you travel to various customer locations.
Job Specifications or Qualifications
: High school diploma or equivalent required. Field service technician training and/or equipment service and maintenance training through an accredited technical school or equipment dealership manufacturer training preferred. 5+ years of previous hands-on relevant experience with CAT equipment or similar industrial equipment and/or industrial engines. 5+ years of experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting diesel-powered construction equipment or truck engines. Must do company-reimbursed overnight travel occasionally (up to 25%). Must be able to work independently in remote locations. Must own a basic set of industrial tools, including industrial hand tools, air tools, torque wrenches, and multimeters (Insert tool program). Possess and maintain a current, valid state drivers' license and CDL/DOT medical card based on assigned vehicle weight.
