The Cyber Risk Impact Manager will be leading risk management, impact and mitigation for cyber related priorities across the enterprise.
In this role, you will:
Cyber Inquiry Operations - Responsibility for overall operations of CIO / Lines of Business cyber related inquiries and requests including establishing and ensuring adherence to SLAs, day to day management of requests, and driving the efficiency of the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) / Technical Information Security Officer (TISO) organizations through monthly monitoring of aligned metrics
Audit / Issue / Control Management – Oversee organizational related processes, as well as the status and health of audits, issues, reporting and controls including regularly providing visibility and follow-up conclusions to executive management
Manage and develop a team with focus on identifying risk mitigation strategies, risk identification and assessment, and monitoring and reporting on cyber priorities.
Effectively communicate the cyber risk management and risk impact strategies throughout the enterprise.
Manage product related responsibilities
Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Lead team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues related to higher risk deliverables; interpret and develop range of policies and procedures for functions with moderate to high complexity and risk
Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadership
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or equivalent
Ability to professionally collaborate and engage with all levels of the organization
Well versed experience and knowledge across the cybersecurity domains
Demonstrated ability to clearly and professionally articulate through both written and verbal communication
Job Expectations:
- Travel up to 15% of the time.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
