Role Purpose:
The Senior Manager, SAP S/4 Corporate Controllership Transformation will support the Senior Director, SAP S/4 Corporate Controllership Transformation Lead and the Corporate Segment, serving as a point of contact for the SAP S/4 Project, ensuring inclusive design decisions and business unit change management are a success. In this role, you and the Senior Director will align with your dedicated business unit leaders on functional and data requirements and ensure business critical inputs are incorporated in the system design, while working closely with the SAP S/4 Solution Team, and with colleagues across the global Finance and Technology organizations, playing an active role in our finance digital transformation from design to deployment.
Responsibilities:
Work with broad range of key stakeholders across Corporate Controllership (Consolidation, Financial Reporting, Global Finance Operations, etc) and Comcast Controllership to facilitate the design and implementation of end to end Enterprise processes.
Ensure that the requirements of Corporate Controllership are addressed in a fit to standard business process design of SAP S/4 solutions and ensure that an appropriate gap analysis and end to end solution is carried out and agreed with Corp Controllership leadership.
Translate Corporate reporting needs into master data design of SAP S/4 solutions within Controllership and across the Comcast Enterprise.
Build business segment stakeholder consensus ensuring understanding of, and agreement to S/4 core design principles and champion the solution being proposed.
Identify what master and transactional data is required to support future business processes and operational/analytical reporting and assist in carrying out a full assessment of the impact of the move to S/4 on the Corporate Controllership Halo Systems and ensure that there is an evolution of the strategy on Hyperautomation.
Participate in workshops and sessions around business process analysis, process re-engineering, global templates, and value chain analysis.
Challenge the status quo ensure optimal balance of NBCU Enterprise and local business requirements and maintain good business relations.
Serve as change agent to SAP S/4 transformation.

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar and minimum of 6 years or relevant experience
Demonstrated understanding of SAP business processes (e.g., AP, RTR, OTC)
Understanding of agile project mgmt. and a record of accomplishment of on time delivery
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to keep momentum and drive change
Experience in organizational change management
Solution driven and results oriented
Ability to represent NBCU with third party implementors with a collaborative mindset
Demonstrated problem-solving ability within functional and technical areas

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
