• AppCenter migration: create a pipeline to manually deploy artifacts to Apple Store and Google Play to enable the app to stop using AppCenter integration.
• Research to speed up pipelines: smart caching of iOS dependencies, check hardware used, etc. At least one document (likely a wiki) with what was tried, what worked, what did not work and a plan to improve the pipelines if required.
