The role
We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our mission of powering Virtual Events through Kaltura’s SaaS Event Platform and applications.
In this role, you’ll be part of the Professional Services team, leading the implementation of Kaltura products and services for our clients. You’ll drive the deployment of our SaaS-based video solutions, specifically focusing on our Virtual Event Platform. This position requires a consultative approach, serving as the primary contact for customers from implementation to go-live.
To excel, you’ll need to develop a deep understanding of the Kaltura Event Platform and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing concurrent priorities and projects. This role is both customer-facing and highly collaborative, working closely with our Implementation Managers, Software Developers, Sales, Account Management, Support, and Product Management teams.
The day-to-day:
- Manage the customer implementation process from post-sale through event day
- Serve as the lead contact for daily customer interaction and implementation activities
- Follow up with customers via email, chats, and phone to gather event setup items or other required information
- Create and maintain project plans within our project tracking system and be able to update internal team members as to status, and next steps
- Assist in establishing customer goals and be able to communicate deliverables (timelines, scope of work, etc.) both internally and externally to customer
- Perform kickoff calls, customer calls, or other internal and customer-facing activities
- Work with our Implementation Managers to review application configurations and adjust per customer requirements
- Schedule training regarding the unique setup of customer’s virtual event
Ideally, we’re looking for:
- Proven 5+ years of experience delivering commercial projects via a service organization
- Proven customer-first approach with experience managing external customers, building rapport, and communicating effectively at all levels (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Previous experience leading SaaS product implementations, with planning large events (in-person or virtual) as a bonus.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, willing to take on responsibilities and challenges proactively.
- Effective team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Some travel may be required <10%.
The position is in New York City and the candidate is expected to work in the office 2-3 days a week.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $100,000–$120,000 per year
