Key Responsibilities
- Assist users via email and text, providing information regarding bankruptcy and our services.
- Support users in updating their forms and addressing any complications that may arise in their cases.
- Ensure users are kept informed about critical deadlines.
- Collaborate with our engineering team by providing weekly feedback to enhance our product based on user insights.

- Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a paralegal or in a customer success role is preferred but not mandatory.
