Falcon Ridge Ranch and Lava Heights Acdemy are residential treatment programs for young women that provides a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. The program serves vulnerable young women who are referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies both locally and across the country. The youth enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness and violence. They graduate from Lava Heights as educated young women who have overcome challenges and have demonstrated making healthy choices for themselves and for their future.
What you will do:

Provide individual, family and group therapy as indicated by program/school needs.

Develop and oversees the completion of treatment on an individual, family and group basis. Services include: clinical assessment, service planning, individual, group, family and milieu therapies, counseling, case management, record keeping and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team.

Develop expertise in differential assessment, treatment readiness and change model, and motivational interviewing.

Document and assesses the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the objectives and goals of the treatment plan.

Document all therapy and contacts with clients and other service providers.

Maintain clients’ clinical files in a timely and orderly fashion.

$2500 Sign On Bonus. $1250 at 3 months and $1250 at 6 months of employment.

Minimum Qualifications:
-
Must possess a Master's Level Degree and current specific licensure required for the State of Utah.

Obtain the appropriate number of CEUs each year to maintain licensure, if applicable.

One year of prior experience working in a residential/school setting with at-risk students, their families and the Juvenile Justice System.

Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.

Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.

Must be over the age of 21.
