Job Summary
The UX/UI design intern will research & execute competitive analysis to identify industry trends, as well as competitors.
This intern will Design and plan research studies, clearly defining objectives, selecting appropriate methodologies, and outlining expected outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights on user behavior and experience
- Analyze and interpret research findings, identifying key patterns and trends and uncovering meaningful insights
- Facilitate usability testing to help create a prototype and pinpoint any usability issues prior to launch
- Collaborate with and act as liaison between cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to ensure coordination across departments
- Create and deliver research outputs, such as detailed reports, user flows, or personas
- Present research findings to stakeholders using compelling storytelling techniques and data visualization to communicate actionable insights
- Monitor KPIs and other metrics to assess impact of improvements on user experience and product success
- Document processes and develop guidelines/archives to ensure consistency and increased efficiency for future research
- Assist in translating research insights into wireframes, mockups, and user flows, using tools such as Figma to ensure research insights are reflected in design decisions
Requirements:
- Recent graduate
- Available to commute to the specific location in a hybrid modality
- Available to commit to up to 35 hours/week
- Able to commit to a 6-12 month internship
