As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Make Ready Team is to maintain the high product quality of all hotel guestrooms and ensure that everything is in proper working order by performing preventative maintenance and repairs for all guestrooms to ensure they meet the established standards. This role will complete a checklist for each guestroom, covering various aspects such as furniture, doors and windows, bathroom fixtures, walls and ceilings, and electrical and mechanical items that need attention.
