GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Project Scheduler will support a very dynamic operation including prototyping, manufacturing, kitting, integration, and delivery. Will be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring a schedule and implementing best scheduling practices on multiple projects.
DUTIES
- Develop, maintain, and conduct analysis on integrated master schedules (IMS) and integrated master plans (IMP) for multiple projects.
- Integrate all project activities, associated interdependencies, durations, and resource requirements to construct and maintain a project level IMS.
- Support Business Development by providing Integrated Master Schedules for proposals.
- Provide reporting, critical path analysis, and project coordination.
- Provide what-if analysis for proposed baseline changes, using standard schedule analysis methodologies and potential courses of actions with forecasts and risks assessments due to project changes or external influence showing an impact to critical path, thereby feeding into the projects risk management process.
- Perform analysis on subcontractor IMS submissions to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Planning, executing, and tracking project technical, schedule, and cost status, including risk mitigation efforts.
- Participate in IMS reviews for Leadership
- Participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings
- Create and manage schedules to encompass all deliverables and resource requirements within the scope of project
- Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience with developing an IMS using Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition milestones, decision points, and staffing processes.
- Ability to analyze critical paths of numerous projects.
- Proficient with Project Online/Project Web Application Experience working with Resource Loaded MS Project Schedules.

- Must be able to walk and stand on level and/or inclined surfaces for certain periods throughout the day
- Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands, working at heights with fall protection devices.
- Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders.
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds and carry for short distances.
- Must be able to distinguish color and judge three-dimensional depth.
- Normally works in an office setting with controlled temperature.
