In This Role, You Will:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions including MAs, LPNs, and RNs, handling job postings, sourcing, screening, and extending offers
- Conduct phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers, ensuring efficient feedback and communication
- Update leadership on recruitment progress and maintain a robust talent pipeline
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday, and recruitment platforms for efficient hiring
- Write and post engaging, accurate job descriptions to attract high-quality candidates
- Build relationships with nursing schools, job fairs, and online job boards to source skilled candidates
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with EEO and healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with clinical administrators to understand staffing needs and coordinate onboarding with HR
We Require:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Knowledge of nursing licensure requirements and clinical responsibilities
- Experience recruiting for healthcare facilities with a focus on clinical roles
- Minimum of 2 years in clinical recruitment, particularly for MAs, RNs, and LPNs
- Strong sourcing techniques and familiarity with recruiting platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple recruitment processes with attention to detail
What We Offer:
Salary: Up to $85,000/year
