A fast-growing footwear manufacturer is looking for a Domestic and International Sales Coordinator for a Sales Executive managing several active and athletic brands. This person must be comfortable performing departmental tasks head-on.
Job Details:
- Receive customer orders for domestic and international business, ensuring accuracy and paying strict attention to detail
- Submit orders to Sourcing/Production Teams and verify placement for overseas transactions
- Collaborate with Sourcing/Logistics Departments to track and follow through on client/customer orders
- Create and maintain comprehensive customer order reports
- Regularly communicate all updates to Sales Teams based on brand on a weekly basis
- Generate weekly sales reports for Sales Executives
Job Requirements:
- Must have a 4 (four) year college degree in the business field.
- Must have at least 3 (three) years of sales assistant experience.
- Experience in retail required. Footwear experience preferred.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Must present exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and at least 1 (one) retail or ERP system.
- Knowledge of Blue Cherry preferred.
Salary: $80,000
