Full Job DescriptionOur beauty client is seeking a Production Assistant / Studio Coordinator to work with their team in a freelance capacity, 40 hours per week. This role is hybrid onsite, Tues and Wed, with the potential to also be onsite on Thurs. Mon. and Fri. are remote. In this role, you will support the post-production process, ensuring high-quality digital imaging and video content. You will work closely with senior technicians and contribute to the editing, retouching, and overall enhancement of visual media.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the post-production process including video editing and retouching tasks.Support senior team members in maintaining and organizing digital files.Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual consistency and quality across projects.Perform quality control checks on all images and video content before final delivery.Provide basic tech support for production equipment and software as needed.Must Have:2+ years of experience in post-production techniques such as video editing and image retouching.Experience with MS Office, Mac OSX, Capture One, Sony, Phase One, Nikon, and Canon camera systems.Understanding of various social media platforms and their content requirements and limitations.Familiarity with digital imaging software such as Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.Nice to have: Basic knowledge of lighting, set rigging, and file maintenance practices.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
