Internship Program
Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
Tiffany & Co. is actively seeking an Intern to join our Americas Client Relations team. Tiffany & Co. wasfounded in New York City in 1837 by Charles Lewis Tiffany, and is a global luxury jeweller synonymous with elegance, innovative design, fine craftsmanship and creative excellence. We are looking for an Intern to join our Client Relations team as an integral member in supporting all National and Regional initiatives in North America.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the facilitation and development of programs, strategies, and service support related to Events
- Assist VP of Client Relations and department with scheduling, expense reports, and special projects
- Manage and distribute North America Events calendar
- Support client gifting initiatives
- Work closely with outside vendors and continuously research new vendors, ideas, and trends within the industry
- Billing for client activations and overseeing event budgets to efficiently track spending, by event, while identifying risks and opportunities
- Contribute to major event recaps, as well as event calendars and timelines
- Cross-functional partnerships to create 360 support plans to ensure that all corresponding logistics are running smoothly from the planning stages to on-site at the event, itself
- Provide support to the local North America retail teams through communicating global directives, event element guidelines, idea generation, guidance on event plans, budget, and branding

Qualifications
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Detail-oriented, organized, excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Passion and creativity for client relationship building
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task
Preferred
- Luxury experience
- Degree related to luxury retail industry
