Our client is seeking a Personal Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the executive and family, managing daily schedules, handling correspondence, and overseeing various office tasks. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Oversee household vendors
- Manage household renovation projects
- Arrange luxury travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Assist in planning and organizing family events and functions
- Coordinate logistics for executive's personal and professional engagements
- Assist in managing special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
