We are looking to hire a Communications Lead to support the office of the Corporate Vice President (CVP) for US Commercial Industries. As a Communications Lead, you will report to the Chief of Staff and will be responsible for leading both external and internal communications for the CVP. This role requires the ability to think both at a strategic and programmatic level, be able to effectively drive processes and consistency across the business and deliver impactful business outcomes. The individual needs to be comfortable working with and engaging senior leaders while managing priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
This role will orchestrate across a variety of stakeholders for core deliverables and requires an individual who is a great team player, a self-starter, strategic thinker and adaptable to jumping in to solve issues and drive solutions across the business.

Responsibilities
Executive Communications:
- Lead, create and execute the Enterprise Operating Unit (EOU) communications strategy (internal & external), messaging framework and overall plan. In partnership with CVP Business Manager, provide communications support for internal and external communication needs.
- Construct, plan and execute on executive communication support including leader messaging and development, org and employee communications (e.g., all-hands/newsletters/events), internal and external presentation and content support.
- Develop a rhythm of communication that builds upon the Americas and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) communication plan and drives clarity and engagement for the organization.
- Own the creation of executive content: including scripts, talk tracks, videos, and social media amplification plans.
- Build Momentum, excitement and inspire action in the field through the voice of the CVP with relevant communications sent proactively and with predictable frequency.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.

Communications IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
