Our client is a PE owned Wealth and Asset management company and is seeking an M&A Analyst for their NYC location. This person will ideally have at least 3+ years experience coming out of Big 4 to work on corporate finance, M&A and strategy!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the annual revenue and expense planning cycle, leading budgeting and forecasting
- Apply learnings from strategic & operational analyses to improve underwriting & analysis of acquisition targets
- Lead analysis to generate strategic recommendations and answer specific strategic questions from business leaders concerning the profitability and direction of the business and specific products, services and markets
- Creating and analyzing financial models
- Collaborate with management team on portfolio valuations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Public Accounting experience is a MUST coming out of TS groups.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Wealth and Asset management space
- Advanced Excel / Tech Savvy
