β’ Some hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate research
β’ Basic familiarity with the IT field, including key technologies and roles
β’ Participation in HR or recruitment courses/seminars tailored to the needs of the IT sector
β’ Familiarity with various search/sourcing tools
β’ Proficiency in Google Docs
β’ Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken)
β’ Keen attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks, switch between them quickly, and meet deadlines
β’ Ambition to grow into a technical recruiter role
Desirable:
β’ Basic understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process and/or experience in recruiting activities

π§©Key responsibilities and your contribution
As a Recruiting Specialist Associate, you'll be a valuable contributor to our recruitment efforts, using your skills to ensure an effective candidate search and communication process.
β’ Conduct candidate research upon request and organize long lists of candidates
β’ Contact potential candidates to facilitate the initial stages of recruitment
β’ Work with the existing candidate database, performing various reporting and documentation tasks
β’ Assist recruiters in hiring both technical and non-technical specialists
