About the Role

We’re seeking an Events Marketing Manager who is passionate about crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate our events to new heights. In this role, you will be at the center of our efforts to engage audiences, working closely with Production and Sales teams to ensure the success of multiple high-profile events each year.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and Innovate: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that captivate our target audiences and drive engagement.
- Mentor & Motivate: Guide and support Marketing Executives, helping them reach their full potential through mentorship and hands-on leadership.
- Drive Insights: Conduct market research and analyze trends to optimize campaigns, expanding reach and engagement.
- Boost Visibility: Cultivate and manage media partnerships that enhance our brand and extend the reach of our events.
- Channel Mastery: Oversee and optimize marketing channels—including social media, email, and content—to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Production, Sales, and other departments to ensure events run smoothly and brand messaging is consistent.
- Elevate Best Practices: Share insights and lessons learned, helping to establish and refine marketing best practices that drive continuous improvement.
Who You Are:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in event marketing or a similar role. Additional experience is a plus!
- Proven Success: A record of accomplishment in creating successful marketing campaigns and leading teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
