Title: ParttimeMarketing Associate
Location: 228 Park Ave S, Suite 41082, New York, NY 10003
Hybrid: In office Tues – Thurs (24 hour work week)
Hourly Rate: $25/HR - $28/HR - Flexible
Duration: 3 month continuing contract
Position Summary: As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts by ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data. Your responsibilities will include verifying account data, contact information, and driving local event attendance.
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Online research and analytical skills.
- No difficulties handling data and using spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Data Verification:
- Conduct thorough online research to verify account data and ensure it aligns with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Validate contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers, for accuracy and completeness.
Driving Local Event Attendance:
- Confirm event attendance with prospects and customers through phone calls and email correspondence.
- Extend invitations to events via email and phone, providing relevant details and encouraging participation.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account and contact information in our CRM system.
- Assist in data entry and data cleaning tasks as needed.
Compensation Contract: 25-28/hr
