Core Duties:
- Build and cultivate a robust network of design professionals and industry connections
- Utilize recruitment platforms and applicant tracking tools to effectively manage candidate information
- Monitor and analyze current design industry trends to maintain competitive advantage in talent acquisition
- Partner with department leaders to understand position requirements and create targeted recruitment plans
- Conduct portfolio reviews and candidate evaluations to assess technical abilities and team fit
- Lead candidate relationship management throughout the entire hiring process
- Develop and enhance recruitment methodologies and best practices
- Source top-tier design talent through industry events, digital platforms, and professional communities
Requirements
- Professional certification in recruitment or design industry memberships viewed favorably
- Track record of success in design industry recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong portfolio evaluation skills and understanding of design fundamentals
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking platforms
- Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proven capacity to excel in fast-paced environments while managing multiple recruitment projects
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Design, HR, or comparable field
- Digital or creative industry background highly valued
- Demonstrated success in identifying and recruiting exceptional design talent
- Excellence in networking and professional relationship development
