About the Role:
As the Director of Adolescent and Mobile Health, you will play a critical role in overseeing and expanding our adolescent and mobile health programs. You will be responsible for strategic planning, program development, quality improvement, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Director of Adolescent and Mobile Health, your responsibilities will include:
Program Oversight:Oversee the day-to-day operations of adolescent and mobile health programs, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
Program Development:Develop and implement new programs and initiatives to address the needs of adolescent and mobile health patients.
Grant Management:Manage grant-funded programs, including budget oversight, reporting, and compliance.
Staff Supervision:Provide leadership and supervision to staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Quality Improvement:Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and program outcomes.
Community Outreach and Partnerships:Build and maintain relationships with community partners to expand program reach and impact.
Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze program data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with evening hours.

Qualifications
Education, Experience
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Public Health or related field preferred
5+ years of professional experience in the human services, social work, or related field
5+ years' supervisory experience
3+ years' experience providing services to adolescents
3+ years' experience in non-profit management with a proven track record in the successful implementation of programs and development of programs for special needs populations
Expertise in grant writing/reporting, program development, policy , and procedures.
Demonstrated understanding and practice of positive youth development principles
Possess the ability to drive the initiatives of the organization, interact effectively with a diverse staff and be comfortable working in an interdisciplinary environment
Familiarity with LGBT, adolescent, HIV and health-related issues and community resources
