Job Description:
- Develop, manage, and execute global marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services across various markets.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and competitor activities.
- Plan and oversee marketing activities, including market launches, advertising, email campaigns, events, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing.
- Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Identify and explore new marketing opportunities and channels to enhance the company’s reach and increase brand awareness.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on marketing performance and future plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Global Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of global marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and achieving ROI targets.
- Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
- Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
Salary - $150,000-$175,000 + Bonus
