SUMMARY: We are looking for an Influencer Coordinator that is a highly motivated individual, passionate about social media and beauty with extensive knowledge and interest in the influencer landscape. This role will support day-to-day management and operations for brand influencer programs and relationships. In collaboration with the internal teams, they will help to strategize, plan, and execute always-on-and campaign-led programs and community expansion to drive engagement/EMV, brand awareness, and conversion.
Essential Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with bloggers, influencers, makeup artists, tastemakers, etc., and their agents and teams
- Grow influencer database and create influencer lists based on different demos, genres & categories
- Scout up-and-coming talent with a focus on micro-influencers
- Develop and manage the influencer gifting program
- Assist with related tasks to successfully execute influencer programs - creative briefings, contract negotiations, vendor onboarding, and payments
- Produce weekly and monthly coverage reports
- Keep track of competitor activity and stay on top of up-and-coming trends
- Focus on brand awareness building activations through influencer network
- Additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Characteristics
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-year related work or internship experience in influencer relations or social media (ideally in the beauty/skincare space)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and agencies
- Excellent communication skills and creative judgment to recognize and identify what is on brand and on-trend
- Fluent on all social media platforms (priorities include Instagram, TikTok & YouTube)
- Experience with Tribe Dynamics, Octoly, and other influencer platforms is a plus
- Basic Excel proficiency
The salary range for this role is $63,500 to $66,500 annually.
