Blacklock Financial are partnered with a global investment bank who are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Consultant to the their ever-growing team.
Position Overview
The Consultant will work closely with the Internal Recruiting Team. This is an opportunity to build alongside individuals who are driven by excellence. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication and customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills. This role will support several Recruiters and requires the ability to juggle competing responsibilities while prioritizing. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, managing onsite interview panels, all while providing a top-tier candidate and interviewer experience.
We are looking for someone with strong experience working with high volume recruiting teams in fast-paced environments, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate long-term relationships
- Be the engine that helps our recruiting efforts moving smoothly; identify opportunities for improvement and make continuous improvement to recruiting processes
- Coordinate and schedule a high-volume of interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and teams in multiple locations
- Partner with multiple Recruiters to meet hiring needs and keep candidates and hiring teams engaged
- Shepherd candidates through the process in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond to candidate queries in a timely, helpful manner, and deliver a first class experience at all times
- Partner with the recruiting team to ensure hiring teams are prepared with all necessary info and materials to deliver an amazing candidate experience
- Partner with Recruiting Operations Lead on any process improvements or system updates as needed
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of Recruiting, administrative or customer service experience
- A strong team player, who thrives in a collaborative setting and works well with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proactive, positive, excellent communication skills and an upbeat “can do” attitude - willing to make things happen
- Experience informing, gaining support, and influencing various internal partners. Enjoys taking time to build helpful relationships, earning trust of others within their network
- Resilient, with ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work to deadlines
- Discretion and diplomacy; high degree of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong calendar management and prioritization skills
- Advanced proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar as well as key applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Zoom
- Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred
- Ability to take on new tasks and technology quickly
- Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $100,000 - $125,000, actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
This role is eligible to participate in the carry program and various discretionary bonus programs as well as benefit and perquisite plans including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K plan, vacation, and sick leave.
