Position Overview

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case development
- Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain comprehensive case files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and documentation
- Assist in the preparation for trials, hearings, and meetings, including scheduling and logistical arrangements
- File legal documents with courts and administrative agencies promptly and accurately
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and case-related schedules to ensure compliance with legal timelines
- Utilize legal software and databases to manage case information and monitor progress
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
- Paralegal certification is highly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal within a law firm
- Proficiency in legal research tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
