But that's not all—you'll be the hero communicating effectively with clients in person, over the phone, and by email to keep things running smoothly. What You'll Do:
- Assist clients in selecting the bicycle model based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain document flow related to rental or sales transactions
- Communicate effectively with clients in person, by phone and by mail
- Always maintain a positive and welcoming environment in the customer area
- Perform other tasks that might be assigned
