Job Summary:
Title: Executive Assistant & Coordinator to the CEO and Brand President
Location: New York, NY (Full-Time, In Person)
The Role:
Armand de Brignac, a Roc Nation joint venture, is seeking a high caliber candidate for our Executive Assistant role — the incumbent needs to be well-spoken, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and able to manage a high volume of projects. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience and be willing to handle administrative responsibilities and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume calendar - organize meetings including scheduling, sending reminders, creating agendas, taking meeting minutes and managing catering, when necessary
- Settle monthly expenses for reimbursement with Finance team in a timely manner
- Coordinate and finalize domestic and international travel arrangements
- Work closely with the Commercial Team assisting with the allocations of POSM needs and shipments
- Coordinate guests for internal and external meetings
- Keeping the executive on schedule and organized
- Researching and producing materials for the executive in advance of meetings and presentations.
- Helping with finalizing the reports and obtaining the necessary data from the brand’s data analyst
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Executive Coordinator
- Proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Google Suite and Concur systems
- Ideal candidate must present a professional and diligent image, excellent verbal and written skills, and be both self-driven and very detail oriented
- World-class organizational and multi-tasking skills - strong project management capability
- Proactive and flexible
- Team oriented
- Knowledge of the wine and spirits industry a plus
- Sound judgment, high integrity, and ability to maintain strict confidential information
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

The expected compensation for this position is:
$90,000 USD – $100,000 USD (with a bonus potential of up to 20%)
- Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
COVID-19 vaccination series and booster shot are a mandatory requirement for this position.
