Key Responsibilities
- Inputting and updating data into various databases and systems
- Verifying and correcting data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Generating reports based on data analysis and data entry
- Maintaining data confidentiality and security practices
- Collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies in data
- Assisting in the development and implementation of data entry procedures
- Performing regular data audits to identify and rectify errors
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with data management software and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
