The Pinterest Business Marketing team is composed of highly skilled marketing generalists, able to flex with equal strength among marketing strategy, content strategy, go-to market product strategy, project management, cross-functional team leadership, event planning and creative oversight. Most importantly, we are able to capture hearts and minds with engaging, inspirational work that drives business impact. Expect to roll up your sleeves, grow quickly, pivot often and learn a ton.
As a Global Integrated Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns and programs that leverage a variety of channels to drive awareness, engagement and business growth. This role requires a strong B2B marketing background, project management expertise, and a proven ability to rally diverse XFN partners towards a common goal and a passion for integrated marketing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective global marketing activations and campaigns that align with business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with key XFN teams like Creative Services, Product, Research & Insights, Sales and more to develop and execute ground-breaking integrated marketing B2B campaigns and programs. Programs will scale multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, events, sales content and more
- Work closely with regional marketing and sales teams to ensure scaled campaign work resonates across key global markets
- Partner closely with the product marketing team to identify opportunities and prioritize messaging to allow Pinterest to stand out in a competitive market
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activations and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
What We Are Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in global integrated marketing, product and/or digital marketing
- Strong comfort level with B2B marketing and the needs, as well as challenges, of advertisers & media agencies
- Excellent project management skills to keep complex, simultaneous workstreams on track across global teams from beginning to end
- Adept at working cross-functionally across a variety of disciplines (from design to data analytics)
- Ability to flex and wear many hats: strong writing skills to draft strategic docs and briefs, an eye for design to be productive thought partners with our creative teams
- Experience building strategic content plan for marketing channels like social, email, webinars and paid advertising
- Knowledge of creative, content and event production in B2B contexts
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills to influence XFN partners and lead cross functional meetings
- Ability to pivot, problem solve in real time and drive operational excellence

In-Office Requirement Statement
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
