Start your career by joining our esteemed team as a Logistics project management assistant intern, where you will collaborate with our Senior Project Manager to oversee transformative projects, continuous improvement, and optimize logistics operations within the luxury sector.
Job Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Project Coordination:
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to coordinate and support the execution of ambitious projects within the logistic department.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, ensuring alignment with the Maisons and LVMH Fashion group commitment to excellence.
Operational Excellence:
- Contribute to the enhancement of day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring the seamless flow of high-end products.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to maintain the exceptional standards associated with the different Maisons.
- Define and propose the enhancements required on information systems
- Test and deploy the Logistic control tower for all the Maisons
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into logistics performance, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations that highlight the challenges of the logistic department.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain the LVMH’s reputation for precision and quality.
- Attend meetings and assist in gathering requirements to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
Profile
Competencies: Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Business, Logistics, Luxury Management, Project Management, etc.). A keen appreciation for the luxury sector and a genuine interest in high-end products and services. Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor. Excellent Mathematics skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Power BI, Power Query knowledge would be a plus
