Job Description
- We are looking for Junior UX Designer to create user-centric digital marketing experiences for financial services in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
- Our ideal candidate will have passion for translating research and insights into delightful experiences that address the customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements user research and feedback to gain insights Develop personas and customer journeys
- Translate written requirements into user flows sitemaps annotated wireframes mockups and prototypes
- Define CMS authoring requirements Incorporating customer feedback analytics and usability findings to optimize experiences
- A strong team player to collaborate with design copywriting and development teams Take ownership of assignments from concept through completion
- Proficient in Figma Experience with AEM Sites and Assets (DAM) Experience with user research methodologies
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2/accessibility guidelines financial services industry client experience a plus Self-motivated and organized with attention to detail Thrives in a collaborative environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Relevant Experience
- 1-2 years of work experience or a degree/certification in a design field.
