As a Data Entry Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for inputting, maintaining, and managing data related to customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in the company databases.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding their accounts.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Prepare and generate reports related to customer data and service issues as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or customer service preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong typing skills with a good eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
