ROLE PURPOSE
We’re looking for a creative Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding Americas Marketing team. This role will support the development and execution of our content creator marketing strategy while helping to manage key communications functions, including influencer relations, social media, and public relations. You will play a vital role in building relationships with creators, managing campaigns, liaising with agency partners, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and connect with our target audience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns aligned with strategic brand objectives and product launches.
- Research and identify potential content creators that resonate with our brand’s aesthetic and target demographics, analyzing their reach and engagement.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both established and emerging creators, serving as the primary contact for campaign inquiries and collaborations.
- Coordinate materials for agencies, manage project orders, facilitate strategic brainstorms, and support briefs to strengthen influencer partnerships.
- Co-lead advocacy reports for both organic and paid influencer campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and provide insights for future initiatives.
- Collaborate on the seeding strategy, co-develop gifting boxes, and manage the seeding calendar in partnership with the Communications Assistant-Manager and Manager.
- Ensure timely and budget-friendly execution of content creator programs, support product fulfillment, contract reviews, and operational coordination with agency partners.
- Coordinate in-store content creator programs with retail teams, offering recommendations on enhancing store experiences to boost visibility and reach.
- Stay informed about social and digital trends, utilizing social listening tools and KPI dashboards to gather insights that inform strategy adjustments.
- Liaise with the global communications team to communicate regional plans and align with the global calendar.
- Maintain project management tools to track organic and paid programs for stakeholders and agency partners.
- Conduct industry research and competitive reviews to adapt best practices and KPIs in a changing environment.
- Organize and coordinate influencer seedings and press send-outs, manage kit production, logistics, and community management.
- Assist in planning and executing PR events for media and influencers, overseeing production of printed assets and event logistics.
- Support reporting needs for press and influencer campaigns, reviewing metrics to apply learnings for future campaigns.
- Manage vendor payments, including paperwork and liaise with the finance team for timely processing.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications, with a strong interest in influencer marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in project coordination is a plus.
- A proactive, resourceful attitude with strong attention to detail.
