Position Summary
The role will report into the Head of Content & Editorial based in NYC, and work alongside the marketing team. The creative & stylist assistant is responsible for assisting in the shaping and driving of the creative vision at The Webster - from conception through realization to delivery – for all the marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is an organized, confident, and collaborative individual with impeccable communication and problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. To be successful in this role, you will anticipate needs and think days, weeks, and months ahead in order to action tasks accordingly.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide stylist expertise by supporting the assembly of clothing and accessories for each campaign as well as marketing initiatives
- Research fashion trends and inspirations for creation of mood boards to support the digital stylists team
- Assist with photoshoots, creation of campaigns, and content
- Research of locations, props, sourcing talent for seasonal Webster campaigns
- Coordinate samples with external partner brands and Internal stock for projects, as needed
- Receive and oversee the merchandise for photoshoot (Unpacking, receiving, packing after shooting to return samples and products, communicate carrier Information to Internal stake holders, etc.)
- Support the digital team with creation of organic content and videos for social media
- Creation of looks (Men + Women) for the newsletters sent to customers in a weekly basis
- Identify new ways of approaching and valuing digital content with a focus on social media
- Support the creative and marketing teams with administrative tasks such as budget tracking, data entry, etc.
- Act as a Webster brand ambassador
Experience & Competencies
- Industry and work experience with a background In fashion and/or creatives, or similar. 2+ years of working experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to maintain work cross-collaboratively In a successful and efficient manner
- Ability to work In a team environment as well as Independently as needed
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects with varying timelines
- Knowledge of Fashion/luxury history, interest in fashion, culture, and lifestyle photography, design, and art
- Adept at thriving In a rapidly evolving, dynamic, and high-velocity settings, while also working proficiently during slower-energy periods
- Strong organizational skills: tenacious attitude with solid judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrating innovative ideas which support business growth

- Fluency with contemporary social media platforms, technologies, and trends
