Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with 2-4 years of experience to lead and enhance our presence across key social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and managing social media accounts, possess strong creative and analytical skills, and be adept with industry-standard tools for social media management and content posting. You will play a pivotal role in connecting brands with the timeless experience of the fortune cookie, transforming it into engaging social media content that resonates with a modern audience.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to build and grow OpenFortune’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Set clear goals and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Content Creation and Curation:
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content that aligns with OpenFortune’s brand and value proposition.
- Highlight how brands can participate in the fortune cookie experience through innovative content.
Account Management:
- Build and optimize social media profiles to increase visibility and engagement.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Community Engagement:
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to interactions to foster a vibrant and engaged community.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online conversations to enhance brand loyalty.
Growth and Optimization:
- Implement strategies to grow social media following and increase engagement rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on content and strategies to optimize performance.
Trend Analysis and Research:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Incorporate how the fortune cookie continues to be a cultural staple into social media strategies.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support broader company initiatives centered around the fortune cookie experience.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
Tool Management:
- Utilize and manage social media management and content posting tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing social media accounts from the ground up.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design is a plus (experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics.
Technical Proficiency:
