Our client, the commercial real estate industry , is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Remote CST preferred
Pay Range: $30/hr on W2
Job Responsibilities:

Spend 50% of the day screening candidates, 25% sourcing, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, and collaborating with sourcers.

Schedule interviews, review staffing dashboards, and conduct reconciliations with site headcount.

Update pipeline reports and maintain strong organizational and communication skills to meet recruiting KPIs.

Use Indeed, Avature, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and BI reports for recruiting tasks.
Years of Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience, specifically in light industrial recruiting.
Level of Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills and Software Proficiencies:
-
Must have: High level of technical organization, self-motivated, and KPI-driven.

Nice to have: Experience with Teleo, Workday, PeopleSoft, and coordinating hiring events.
