The Regional Patient Access Applications Analyst provides day to day support for all applications utilized across Patient Access in the Mid-Atlantic region, within the call center, as well as other access systems. This includes support of the enterprise scheduling systems both for ancillary testing across the region radiology and physician scheduling, telephone/recording system, Meditech, Huron and reporting. Core responsibilities include building, testing, maintaining, implementation of new and upgraded systems, reporting of data as needed as well as quality monitoring, end user training and ongoing support. In addition, responsible for meeting with ancillary departments modality/practice managers to ensure accurate and consistent scheduling templates, rules and instructions that reflect the availability and the desired patient volume/flow.
