Description:
Reporting to the Director Telemetry & Cardiovascular Services, Nursing Service Admin, this position is responsible for managing the front and back-office activities of the Structural Heart department, as well as provider relations. The incumbent is responsible for directing and coordinating services and equipment, arranging internal office moves and providing arrangements for office meetings. This position will work with the structural heart department to ensure quality care and a positive patient experience.
Pay Range: $24.64 - 33.26
1.High School diploma or equivalent is required. Two (2) years college or business school is preferred.

Five (5) years of clerical experience, preferably in the health care field, is required.

One (1) year of Lead/Supervisor experience or demonstrated ability to lead a team is required.

Proven ability to organize and manage workload is required.

Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral is required.

Ability to handle matters with strict confidentiality is required.
