Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, the Marketing Manager will help support the day-to-day marketing functions within Juice Generation, including digital marketing oversight, social media marketing, partnership management, and event coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support brand campaigns, including go-to-market product launch strategies, guest engagement promotions, and brand experiences and innovations
- Implement and manage digital marketing strategies to help a company reach a wider audience
- Creating paid campaigns on social media platforms, and email/app blast campaigns to target key customers
- Oversight and management of social media content and strategy across all platforms
- Source and manage 3rd party photographers, videographers, and content creators
- Assess the continuous evolution of the competitive social media landscape, consumer insights, new trends, and culture
- Maintain relationships with all existing marketing partners and help with the development of potential brand partners and influencers
- Works directly with the in-house Design Team on the development of creative assets
- Researches and reports on industry and market trends
- Attends all company marketing/brand events and new store openings
- Prepares weekly marketing activity reports
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Marketing Management experience, including digital, social, and partnership marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Consulting, start-up, or other very fast-paced company experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to juggle various projects and handle tight deadlines under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity (big picture perspective, asks 'why') and a hands-on/execution capacity (detail-oriented, conscientious)
- Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, illustrator, and Canva is a big plus.
