Description We are seeking a Poll Pad Technician to join our team in New York, New York, 11231, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective customer service, diagnosing technical issues, and working across all five boroughs of NYC. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with iPads
• Process and record interviews through teams
• Work effectively with challenging customers and resolve their issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high quality service
• Utilize cloud technologies, CRM, and databases to maintain accurate customer records
• Use Microsoft Excel and About Time for efficient time management
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Work across all five boroughs of NYC: Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island
• Participate in training to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills. Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required for this role.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential.
• Database management skills are a must.
• Knowledge of EO/IR systems is necessary.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with 'About Time' software is desirable.
• Experience in managing Customer Accounts is required.
• Must show proven ability to deliver Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent Customer Service skills are essential.
