While Telebrands has traditionally relied on linear television as a primary marketing channel, we have significantly expanded our digital marketing efforts. Our focus is now on e-commerce, dynamic landing pages, and paid and organic campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead, manage, and scale our digital marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for overseeing digital strategies, campaigns, and external marketing partnerships. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our 4 digital advertising agencies and a conversion rate optimization company to maximize performance and ensure consistency across all channels. You will guide these outsourced entities to align with our business goals, ensuring optimal campaign execution and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across e-commerce websites, landing pages, and social media platforms.
- Oversee paid and organic marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other key platforms.
- Work closely with external digital advertising agencies and a conversion rate optimization company, guiding their strategies to align with Telebrands’ objectives.
- Collaborate with the product, creative, and sales teams to optimize product launches and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to continually improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure Telebrands remains competitive.
- Manage and mentor the internal digital marketing team, driving performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Drive online sales growth, expand customer acquisition, and enhance the digital experience for all Telebrands’ products.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and brand engagement, building lasting relationships with our consumer base.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce, performance marketing, and direct-to-consumer sales.
- Proven experience in managing paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Demonstrated success in working with and managing external agencies and optimization firms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- A deep understanding of the consumer product market and experience working in retail or D2C brands is preferred.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
