Requirements For The Learning And Development Specialist
- Plan, develop, and promote continuous employee development and employee engagement.
- Develop, design, and execute strategies to further employee development through the creation of training programs that will improve employee performance.
- Plan and coordinate employee events and activities to improve wellbeing and enhance employee engagement.
- Strong in advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience in ADP or learning systems.
- 2-3 years of experience in learning or training.
