JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Pennsylvania State Harrisburg School of Science, Engineering, and Technology is seeking a candidate for an Academic Program Coordinator. The successful Academic Program Coordinator will be a detail-oriented and organized individual. This position will perform complex tasks with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities:

Support the daily operational functions of the Program.

Monitor and maintain budgets, track expenditures, process budget revisions, and assist with budget preparation and projections.

Create and maintain confidential files, databases, and reports.

Compose written communication and proofread correspondence.

Schedule/maintain a calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.

Coordinate and participate in various Program meetings, and record and transcribe minutes.

Communicate with students to promote program-specific opportunities including workshops, organizations, internships, and career development opportunities; collaborate with faculty and program staff to develop marketing materials.

Coordinate the hiring process for program part-time employees and student workers.

Support the School of Science, Engineering, and Technology with school events and other duties as needed.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:
$38,300.00 - $55,500.00
